At Abapamall, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with a product you purchased, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our responsibilities.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

·         The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

·         You received the wrong item.

·         You canceled an order before it was processed or shipped.

·         The item was not delivered within the expected delivery window (for online purchases).


 

2. Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

·         The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

·         The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition (except in the case of defects or damages).

·         You must present a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

·         Items bought under “Final Sale” or “Clearance” may not be eligible for refund unless faulty.


3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on:

·         Perishable goods (e.g. food items).

·         Health and personal care products.

·         Gift cards or digital downloads.

·         Services already rendered.


4. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund by:

·         Visiting the Customer Help Desk at our physical store.

·         Using the "Return & Refund" section on the Abapamall App.

·         Contacting our support team via email, phone, or social media.

Please provide your order ID, reason for the refund, and photos (if applicable).


5. Refund Method and Timeline

·         Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

·         Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

·         In some cases, we may offer store credit or exchange as alternatives.


6. Vendor-Specific Refunds

If you purchased from a third-party vendor through Abapamall:

·         Refunds may depend on that vendor's return/refund policy.

·         Abapamall will mediate and support the process to ensure fairness.
