Eligible Returns

You can request a return only if:

·         The product was damaged upon delivery, or

·         You received an item different from what you ordered.


📅 Return Window

All return requests must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.


📸 Proof Required

To process a return, you must provide:

·         A clear photo of the item showing the damage or incorrect delivery.

·         A copy or photo of the receipt or proof of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

·         The item is not damaged or incorrect.

·         More than 5 days have passed since delivery.

·         The item has been used or tampered with.

·         You simply changed your mind.


📦 How to Return

To initiate a return:

1.      Contact our support team via the Abapamall app, WhatsApp, or customer service desk.

2.      Submit your receipt and photos of the item.

3.      Our team will verify the claim and provide return instructions.


🔁 What Happens Next?

Once your return is approved:

·         You may receive a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation.

·         Returns must be made with the item in its original packaging.
